Please Delete My Data

If you would like us to permanently delete your account, and all of your data, please follow the steps below:

We are sorry to hear you are thinking of leaving us. If there is any feedback you’d like to provide before leaving please do let us know, as we’d love to hear about your experience with us.

If you would like us to permanently delete all of your data from Nimbus®, the account holder will need to send an email to: support@nimbusproperty.co.uk with the subject line: "Please delete my data".

Before deleting your data, we will need to check the requester's information matches our records. Occasionally, we will need to confirm this if we are unsure before the account/data gets deleted. This process normally happens within 24-hours where we will confirm back by email that we have deleted your data from Nimbus® as requested.
