I have received the error message "Abnormally high amount of forced logouts."

You may notice you have been temporarily frozen out of your account and received this error message, read below to find out what it means:

Our system has several security features to protect you, and your data.

If you have been locked out of your account, with this error message, it means you have been forced logged out of the platform an unusual amount of times.

Our system will therefore temporarily lock you out in case a machine (bot) or another form of malware is using your account.

You will be force logged out when you are using the platform on multiple browsers, or on multiple devices / IP addresses at the same time- this is to ensure no one else is using your account.

To avoid this, you would need to make sure you are sticking to our one user per license policy. We would suggest changing your password to ensure this. You should also ensure you are logged out of the platform, before opening the platform in another browser or on another device.
