This error may pop up from time to time whilst using the platform, followed by being logged out. Here’s what it means:
This error is normally caused by running multiple tabs on your browser or logging into the platform on a separate device or IP address at the same time.
To ensure no one else is using your account, our platform security feature will log you out of the platform if your login details are being used in multiple different places.
To avoid this, you would need to make sure you are sticking to our one-user per license policy. We would suggest changing your password to ensure this. You should also ensure you are logged out of the platform, before opening the platform in another browser or on another device.
Repeatedly receiving this error can lead to a lock out- meaning you would be frozen out of your account temporarily to avoid any suspected malicious activity and keep your data safe.
