I have received the error message "We have noticed abnormally high activity on this account."

You may notice you have been temporarily frozen out of your account and received this error message, read below to find out what it means:

Our system has several security features to protect you, and your data.

If you have been locked out of your account, with this error message, it means our system has detected an unusually high number of clicks on the platform from your login.

Our system will therefore temporarily lock you out in case a machine (bot) or another form of malware is using your account.

To combat this, we recommend changing your password, to ensure no one else has access to your account. It is key to ensure you are sticking to our one user per license policy to avoid any errors or lockouts in the future.
