How can I update my payment details?

If you need to change the payment/card details linked to your account, you can do so by following these steps:

Step 1: Click the Settings Icon in the bottom left of the menu bar and click on the ‘Manage Account’ tab.

Step 2: Select the ‘Payment Methods‘ tab.

 

Step 3: Here you can view the payment methods you already have linked to your account, and add any new ones. To add a new payment method, click ‘Add or Add New’

 

 

This will then give you the option to add a new Credit/ Debit Card, or a new Direct Debit. Once you have filled in your details, simply click ‘Add’.

Please Note: If receipts need to go to another individual (accounts team) let us know and we can add their email address to your account as an accounts contact.

Once you have added your new details, you're all set!
