How do I cancel my subscription?

If you're a current client and wish to cancel your subscription, please refer to this quick guide:

 

We're sorry to hear you're considering leaving Nimbus. To request a cancellation, please email success@nimbusproperty.co.uk in writing and include your primary reason for cancelling.

As per our terms and conditions, cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before your renewal date to be processed.

Alternatively, if you’d like to discuss renewal options or explore other available options, please reach out to your account manager, who will be happy to assist you.
