How do I change or update a user on my Elite account?

If you have a team account with multiple users, and you need to change or update one of them, you can follow this quick guide:

For any user updates, the primary account holder will need to send us an email with the new user’s details (including their name and email address), and the user which they are replacing.

Email us at: success@nimbusproperty.co.uk

Please let us know if you’d like us to create the user a completely new log in, or if they will be taking over the log in of the old user in order to keep the old users workflow.

We will then update this on the account and email the new user with their log in details, which will include a temporary password.
