The availability export allows you to see the commercial properties which are up for sale or to let within your desired location. Here's how to do this:
To perform an 'Availability' export, you will firstly need to open the 'Location Analysis' tab in the upper righthand corner. From here, you would need to open up the 'Market' tab.
To open the export box, simply click on the small arrow to the left of the 'Commercial Availability' button.
Type in your desired postcode then click the 'export button'.
Although you do need to type in a complete postcode, the export will show details of all the properties with the outward postcode- to allow for a larger coverage.
The availability export will provide you with a list of the commercial properties up for sale or To Let in your chosen area.
Within the export, you can see the address, size, agent, a link to the agent site and the proprietor details if available.
This export is really useful if you are looking at on market opportunities.
