      How do I make contact with a property owner?

      To make contact with a property owner, you can try the following steps:

      1. Use the overlay feature in your software to find the property of interest, or type in the address/title number into the location search field.
      2. Click on the site of interest. You will see ownership data for commercial sites and for privately owned sites, please purchase the title of the building for £3.
      3. If you add the site to your saved 'My Sites' section you can run an export to then run a mail merge or use the DTV file to do this within Nimbus.
      4. Write a letter to the address of the property and see if you get a response from the owner.
      5. View the planning history of the property, especially if it has applied for planning permission. This can sometimes reveal the owner's details.

      These methods should help you get in touch with the property owner.
