How do I run a mail merge?

You can run a mail merge from your saved "My Sites" section of your account, following the steps below:

  • Click into the 'My Sites' icon on the platform 
  • Download an individual stage by clicking the 3 dots at the top of the stage or you can use the main download button on this page to download all stages
  • This will export the site cards to an Excel file
  • Using the Excel file with data shown, run a mail merge using Word
