How do you calculate the building footprint data?

The gross external area: The whole area of the building, including external walls. This will only consider the ground floor. It also shows this on the Building Footprint filter description.

Next to each overlay icon on Nimbus, you will find a question mark icon which explains what each filter or overlay means.
