I am having issues viewing data or features on the Nimbus Platform

 

If you cannot see features and overlays on your account, this may be due to the feature or overlay being chargeable. If this feature should be within your subscription, please try the below steps.

If you are interested in adding this feature that is not included in your current subscription plan, please contact our success team for pricing options.

 

If you cannot view features/site cards correctly, we advise to try the steps below:

Clearing your cache

using the following steps: 

Chrome/Safari: Chrome: If using Chrome, can you please clear cache by pressing and holding Ctrl + Shift + R when in Nimbus and wait for the screen to refresh (this just clears nimbus cache)

Windows: (Ctrl + Shift + F5) or (Ctrl + Shift + R) - Chrome Mac: (CMD + Shift + R )

Chrome [CMD] + [ALT] + [E] – Safari

 

Update your URL

Please also ensure that you are using the up to date URL for the platform. If in doubt, please login via our website and replace any old bookmarks.

Check you meet our minimum system requirements

Internet is one of the most important components for a cloud-based application like Nimbus. You will

require a quality internet connection (in terms of stability) that is properly filtered with a reliable

provider.

• Minimum 20 Mbps.

1.2 Browser recommendations

• Latest version of:

• Chrome

• Edge

2. Computer requirements

As Nimbus is a cloud-based product, the performance requirements of the device are minimal, however,

the newer and faster the devices are, the faster Nimbus will operate. If you are replacing any devices, we

recommend you consider the following minimum specifications:

Nimbus is not supported on mobile devices or tablets.

We recommend using a laptop or desktop.

Apple macOS (minimum version macOS Monterey).

Minimum: 8 GB.
