Is it possible to restore deleted sites/stages, and if so, how can I recover them?

If you believe your data has been deleted due to a technical error, please contact technical support at support@nimbusproperty.co.uk with the following details:

  • Any error messages shown
  • The time and date it occurred or when you first noticed the issue
  • How the system behaved
  • The exact steps taken prior to the deletion

We will be able to confirm in the back end if this was due to a system error or manual deletion. Once we have this information, we can investigate the matter further.

If you would like us to restore your data, we offer this as a paid service.

Our charges are as follows:

£100 per hour plus VAT

The total cost will depend on the time required to restore the data, which may vary based on the number of sites involved.

To proceed, please provide the exact details of what you have deleted (e.g., approximate number of sites, stages deleted, or number of sites in each stage) and email this information to support@nimbusproperty.co.uk.

We will then assess the situation and provide a quotation.

If you wish to move forward, we will prepare an invoice for the service.
