I haven’t received my document, or the status shows “Posted” or “Not Available.”

If you have purchased a Title Plan or Register, but have not received the document, please view this guide:

After purchasing a document, you can find it under the "Settings" tab in the left-hand menu, within the “Documents” section. Once available, you’ll be able to view it there, along with any status updates.  

In some cases, Land Registry documents may not be available in a digital PDF format. This is a Land Registry issue that is beyond our control.

Not Available

If a document is only available via post, the status is displayed as Posted and the Land Registry will post a copy directly to the address on your account.

Posted

If a document is shown as Not Available, unfortunately, the Land Registry could not deliver this document at this time. This is usually due to the title currently having pending applications against it or due to the title number being closed – if you would like to access historic documents you can request them here: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/hm-land-registry-portal-request-historical-copies

Please note: You will not be charged for this document and any pending funds held for this document will be released back into your account.
