When you purchase a document, it will show under the 'Settings' tab on the left-hand menu under “Documents” for you to view it once it becomes available – it is also where you will see if the document is under any other status.
Sometimes Land Registry documents are not available in digital pdf format. This is a Land Registry issue beyond our control.
If a document is only available via post, the status is displayed as Posted and the Land Registry will post a copy directly to the address on your account.
If a document is shown as Not Available, unfortunately, the Land Registry could not deliver this document at this time. This is usually due to the title currently having pending applications against it or due to the title number being closed – if you would like to access historic documents you can request them here: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/hm-land-registry-portal-request-historical-copies
