Documents from the Land Registry are typically received in your Nimbus account within a few hours. However, some digital copies need to be extracted from the archive through a manual process, which may take an additional 3 working days to appear in your account.
There is no expedited process for Official Copy applications, and requests for urgent processing will only be considered by Land Registry after 3 working days from the date of receipt.
If you applied by post, please allow 5 days for delivery. If nothing is received within 20 days of your order date, please inform us. Orders beyond this timeframe will need to be re-submitted, and we cannot offer a refund due to potential changes to the site.
