You can identify this by the progression wheel on screen not loading information, as the data cannot be retrieved from our server.
There may be a daily click limit on your subscription tier and limits can be viewed on our pricing page on our website.
This limit will reset at midnight for each licence, please contact our success team, if this is causing issues and you would like to add a licence.
