The payment for my subscription has failed. What do I do?

If you are on a current subscription with us, and the payment for your renewal has been unsuccessful, please see this article:

If your renewal has been unsuccessful you can now make a payment or update your payment details yourself, in order to get your subscription back up and running.

If your payment has been unsuccessful, you will receive an email notification.

Within this email, you will have the option to update your details or make the payment by clicking the 'Pay Now' button. 

You are also able to go to settings on the left hand panel and manage account which will take you to your billing portal where you can pay your invoice online. 


Alternatively, our system will automatically attempt to take your payment period after the payment failure- to get you back to using the system as quickly as possible. 

As soon as the payment has been successful, you will be able to log back into the platform as normal.
