The planning overlays allow you to scope out previous planning applications and view the local council and their plans.
To get to the planning overlays, simply click on the “Location Analysis” tab in the top right-hand corner. This will open up the analysis box, which you can then choose to expand the planning section by clicking the small downward arrow.
This will, in turn, open up the list of available planning overlays for you to choose from.
The planning overlays include:
-Planning: Displays the location of any planning applications. When turned on, this overlay will display a key explaining the different sizes, types and ages of the applications. Click on each of the overlay dots to find out further information on the application.
-Councils: Highlights the local planning authority. Click on the map to get a link to the council’s local plan.
