What does the ownership overlay show?

The ownership overlay can give you an insight into what sort of ownership a property is under. Here's how it works:

To get to the ownership overlay, simply click on the “Location Analysis” tab in the top right-hand corner. This will open up the analysis box, which you can then choose to expand the overlay section by clicking the small downward arrow.

This will, in turn, open up the list of available ownership overlays for you to choose from.

This currently includes 'Ownership' which when toggled on will display on the map what type of ownership a property is under.

This could be 'private', 'council', 'housing association' or 'company' owned.

You can click on each property to find out more information about the ownership.
