With the Nimbus platform, we offer you the ability to perform a company search. This gives you information on a specific company, and what properties they own and how they are structured in terms of ownership. Here’s how it works:
You can use a company portfolio search in multiple ways.
- Want to find out which properties a company owns or how many?
- Looking to acquire properties with tenants in place for immediate income generation?
To get started:
- Click the Search icon in the left menu bar.
- Select Company Portfolio Search.
- Enter the company name and click Search.
- If multiple results appear, choose the correct company.
This will then show the results for that company. It will be broken down into how they have set up their portfolio (i.e. company subsidiaries).
To show them on the map, click on "Find sites" and they will show on the map with pick F or green L icons indicating a freehold - F or a leasehold L.
You can click each pin to find out further information on that property.
You can also download this as an excel document, just click on the download button and your excel report will be ready straight away.
