With the Nimbus platform, we offer you the ability to perform a company search. This gives you information on a specific company, and what properties they own. Here’s how it works:
Click on the Search Icon on the left menu bar , and then select “Company Portfolio Search”.
For this search, we would recommend using the companies full name, you can find this on companies house.
Once you’ve typed in the company name, hit the enter button on your keyboard and a pop out box will appear listing the Companies with that name. If your chosen company is within the list, simply click on it.
This will then take you to a new screen listing the Companies and Subsidiaries.
You can then click the “Find Sites” button, and this will display all of the freeholds and leaseholds that the company owns on the map as ‘F’ and ‘L’ pins. Use the menu in the top left to tick and untick Company Freehold/Leasehold as required.
You can click each pin to find out further information on that property.
