What is the bird's eye view and how do I use it?

When searching around the map, you are also given the option to see the birds-eye view of your location. Here's how:

To access this view, simply click on the “Bird’s Eye View” button at the bottom of the screen.

This will then take you into a new window, and open up Bing Maps in your searched location.

You can use this to check out the bird’s eye view of your search! You can zoom in on any specific buildings you’re interested in and see them from a variety of angles.
