This data enables you to see how an area has performed in value over the last 12 months, compared to the previous 12 months. Has it gone up or down?
Firstly the data is split into the neighbourhood areas as defined in the most recent census.
We look at the last 12 months of sold price data, compared to the previous 12 months of sales data.
We then display the area as a % and colour code them, blue for a drop in growth and red for an increase.
Understanding an area's performance over time can strengthen your negotiations and help you identify regions that may currently be undervalued.
