Know why a planning application is not showing
If a site is not showing planning information despite a known planning application, there could be several reasons:
Title accuracy in planning applications – Occasionally, a planning application may be associated with a neighboring title, property, or a larger landholding. For example, if a homeowner owns two adjacent plots and one does not have a registered address, the planning application may be filed under the homeowner’s primary address for convenience.
Data linking – If a planning application has not been correctly linked to a specific property, it may not automatically appear in the information panel. In such cases, reviewing the planning history for the area can help locate the relevant application.
