Sales comparables data can be extremely useful when looking at buying or selling properties within a certain area. Here's how to export it:
To export sales comparables data you would first want to perform a sales comparables filtered search. Take a look at this article if you’re not sure how here!
Once you have performed your desired search, you can export the data into an excel sheet.
Simply click on the 'Export Comparables' button (the small arrow inside the circle), and your excel document will be downloaded.
If you have narrowed down your comparables to a certain boundary you can also export this via the 'Export Comparables' button that appears on the top of your screen.
This export provides you will the sale data of your filtered search. Including the title’s address, the price paid, date sold, size (sqft) and rate (sqft), as well as other various information and a link to the property on Nimbus and Rightmove.
This gives you an accurate picture of property prices in the area, so you can know what to expect when purchasing or selling.
